Create a New Company Profile
Before you can create certificate applications, you will need to register your company with a Chamber of Commerce.You may not change the Chamber selection once the company profile has been completed.
You may register multiple companies. You may register different companies to different Chambers. Please contact a Chamber of Commerce representative for their regulations and requirements. (You can find the contact information in the "Contact Us" page.)
Let's Get Started!
- To create a company, navigate to the blue sidebar and click on "+ Create Company". This will open the Company Profile Wizard.
Select Chamber
- Select the Chamber of Commerce you wish to register with by selecting the circle next to "Select this Chamber of Commerce?".
- When you have made your selection, the selection area will turn green and a button will appear on the right side of the selection that reads "Continue". Click this button to go to the next step.
Basic Information
- Enter your company name and email address.
- Enter your company address. As you begin to type, the system will search for the full address. For accurate validation, you must select your address from the list. (If your address does not appear in the list, contact Technical Support at (877) 447-6782 or support@swiftdox.com). Please note we are currently only accepting companies within the USA.
- Click the button that reads "Next" in the bottom right corner of the arrow button in the top right corner to proceed to the next step.
Legal Information
- You may navigate through the different steps by clicking the tabs on the top left of the form as well.
- On the next page, enter your business license number, business license expiry date and federal / state incorporation ID number.
- If you are a manufacturer, select the circle to the left of "Yes". You will be prompted to enter your manufacturing license number and expiry date.
- If you are a member of the Chamber of Commerce that you have selected, select the circle to the left of "Yes". You will be prompted to enter your membership number and it's expiry. Depending on the Chamber of Commerce, they may provide different pricing for members.
- When complete, click the "Next" or arrow button to go to the next step.
Contacts
- Enter your contact information. This information will appear on GMP Certificates and as the Seller on COO Certificates.
- If this information is the same information you used upon registering your account, you may click the button on the top right that says "Use My Login Info" to auto-populate the form.
- Optionally, you may add a secondary contact by clicking "Add Alternative Contact" on the bottom right. The secondary contact is only used for communication purposes and will not appear on any certificate.
- When complete, click the "Next" or arrow button to go to the next step.
Documents
- Depending on your previous selection, you will be asked to upload PDF copies of various licenses for validation.
- To upload your PDF documents, click on the gray button and select the file from your computer, then click open.
- When you have uploaded the required documents, click "Next" or the arrow button to continue.
Summary
- You will see a summary of the information that you have entered. If any information is missing, a message will appear in a red box.
- To navigate back to any of the previous sections, you can click on the edit button to the right of the section title or click any of the tabs along the top of the form.
- When all sections are complete, you may press the button that says "Submit to Chamber of Commerce" to complete your company application.
- If the button is blurred out, you have not provided all of the required information. Review your profile application and complete all required sections.
- Upon the submission, your company profile will change its state to "Pending". While your company profile is pending, you may still create and submit certificate applications, but no certificates can be approved until your company profile is approved.
- You will be redirected to the Applications list. You may now begin to create certificate applications.
